As Squirrel King of Arms for the Royal Talossan College of Arms, I do hereby grant the Well-Met Fellowship of the Royal Talossan College of Arms to Admiral Tímoþi Asmourescu, who has satisfied me and the College of his abilities and interest in the field of heraldry, or at least in taking care of the cool business of working up certificates and other cool stuff when awards of arms, knighthood, and peerage are granted by the Crown.
