Recommendation: Appointment of a Distain

I will keep it short this time, as my time is rather limited. Our Distain has resigned, and we are left with no other choice to accept his resignation.
Your Majesty, the MRPT/ZRT coaltion government has been able to find a good replacement, a Dame no less. It seems appropriate for the leader of the second largest coalition party to serve as Distain, more so, because her active involvement and ambition may very much help this government in getting things done.
